Windows 10 gets blurry when higher DPI is selected

Could you try to replicate this and post if you can replicate it:
EDIT: N/M: confirmed as an actual bug on all Windows 10 systems. Or maybe not a bug, maybe they just figured mobile compatibility is more important than increasing DPI on Desktops...


Increasing DPI on Windows 10 is done like so: Right click on Windows 10 Desktop > Display settings > [scroll down] Advanced display settings > Advanced sizing of text and other items > set a custom scaling level > 120% > OK > Apply > Sign out now > Log back in

As you can see 120% is clear on Windows 8 but blurry on Windows 10 on the very same system:

Returning Windows 10 back to 100% and all is normal, proving that something is only wrong at higher DPI on Windows 10:
