Are you going to dual-boot? The drivers really aren't too bad. Anti-virus is going to be a problem-- but if you dual-boot, you can boot into xp and scan/defrag the volume from there.

I am kinda suprised you didn't see an improvement in speed. When I installed x64, I noticed it was faster than when my rig was OCed (it was installed with my rig at stock). When I opened up the FSB to about 270 it was incredibly fast. I gained lots of points in 3dmark 03.

I would assume that it is faster since the overall core is faster in my experience.
 
No, that wasn't the case. In fact, almost everything 32bit stayed the same or was right in the area (lower and higher) than on XP. Is there a built in benchmark for UT2004? I would be happy to test that too.
