Windows XP SP3 Iso, to run from USB?

I have tried out a few pieces of software that claim they can make a bootable Windows xp, and so far non have done it. Is it possible?

For Windows XP, you can also use WinToFlash and on the boot menu, SELECT: 1st, text mode setup
