It should be in the same ballpark, may or may not be faster depending on the task.
The atom uses in-order execution, while the Athlon should be able to do out of order. Beyond that i would expect them to perform about the same.

this is not much better than an atom.. and for refurbished, this is anything but a cyber deal.The gpu on this is awfully quite lackluster.

i thought about going for one but i don't really need one at all. i would have considered it more if it were an atom.
