you could get a dremel and cut out the areas that it dont fit if you need to

with my digital calipers i read the opening as 5.9210inches acrost, i think that this is close enough to a 6 inch opening for most work, and the rad is only 6 inches acrost, with just a little muscle is should fit in there fine , if it dont go in at first get a bigger hammer

I guess it depends on one's particular case. Mine measures 5.901... I'm not gonna hammer!

that case would work great for water cooling, bc all that you would have to do is remove that bottom bay and stick in your rad...and then you would not have to do any more modding
