Okay so I currently have the cooler/fan combo stated in the title. I am needing to upgrade to a new CPU or just buy a new CPU and mobo since my current ones are fried as far as I know and for now I just want to plan ahead just in case. Would I be able to use my current heatsink and fan with the 1150 socket on a ASRock Z96 Extreme 6 since it would save me a good amount of money until I can afford to upgrade to water cooling. I'd appreciate any help! Thanks.
