So my current build is that Gigabyte board, and that i5 2500k @ 3.3ghz, I recently updated from BIOS to UEFI, and I can no longer OC the CPU through software, only the UEFI now.. I'm somewhat new to OC'ing, and I am aware that I must edit the Load Line Calibration setting, but that setting is no where to be found in my UEFI. Should I even attempt overclocking the i5 without this, or should I just start planning my new rig?
Everything is from 2011, old, and in need of an update anyway, thanks for your input:bang head

Just because the UEFI doesn't have a LLC setting doesn't mean you can't successfully overclock. Depending on how bad Vdroop is, LLC may not even be necessary. Or just flash back to the standard F8 BIOS from the current U1F UEFI.
