bios 1009c is out.
try dropping your memory multiplier to 3x.
check you temp. check your voltage

The person I posted this for says he said after reading your post he dropped the memory multi to 3 and put the voltage up to 1.7. I don't know if he has the new bios or not, I'll have to ask next time hes on. He was able to post at 2.5
