I have just plug my new P4 HT 3.06 on the BD7II and without any
overclocking or voltage mod the motherboard temperature rize up to
73°C !!! while the CPU stay under 50°c full load.

Since the BD7II wasn't originaly desingned for the P4 HT support, do
you think it can be the problem? I mean : maybe some of the board
components are "a bit" ;) undersized?

thanks in advance.

BD7II does not support Hyper-threading technology. So bascily the HTT on your 3.066 chip is wasted....

that's great then :)

make sure use 3:4 ratio to RAM, so even at stock 133FSB, your RAM will be 178MHZ x 2 = 356MHZ DDR
