my cpu gives off 115W... according to "newwatt"

i've heard many different things... the pelt should be 3x the wattage of cpu, etc...

i want to get really cold.... maybe 0° C, or around there...

how big a pelt do i need?

how big of a pelt would i need to keep it at ambient? 25° C?

i'm running all of this at 12V

based on my experience, you might need a 226W peltier@10V.
when you run 1800+ (T-bred A) at default volt/default speed, you might get close to 0C.
when you run your CPU at 2.0V and 2GHz, your CPU temp might be 25C

Anyway, there are many factors affecting CPU temp eg. waterblock, pump, radiator, ambient temp, water temp etc. You got to try many different settings.

with my cpu putting out 115 W, my load temp is 39° C.
waterblock is spiral, with good coverage for pelt.
water temp is 27.9° C
ambient temp is 23.2° C
