just wondering abou ttne nf7-s 2.0

my friend told me the bios is automated now. i just up the fsb/change the multiplier and the rest is changed auto. so everything like the pci speeds and everything is automated?

not automated, locked

it's always going to stay at 33/66 so you got nothing to worry about

Not quite. The 33MHz PCI bus is always locked (a good thing too) but you can still overclock the AGP bus beyond 66MHz. I've heard 80MHz is the point of diminishing returns.

Hum, I was hoping to found some realy good info about agp oc. So, what we get from ocing agp???

ive overclocked my agp bus to 99 the max...on my radeon 9000 (pos i know ). i get a nice 200 or so point boost in 3dmark2001se.

Hum, I will try upping agp speed to the safety margin, around 78mhz I guess...

Just do it a few MHz at a time. When you start seeing problems, back it off a little. If you just kick it up to the max, you'll have to reboot anyway because it might just fail on first try.
