I am planning 2 get the AMD Barton 2500, Corsair CMX512-3200LLPT 512MB DDR400, Abit NF7-S v2.0, ATI RADEON 9700 np
I want to oc this system.

I dont wanna spend 2 much money on the cooling so should i get
Thermaltake Aquarius II Water cooling kit
or
can u recommend a better kit around the same price
or
slk800(a) + thermaltake smart fan 2 and thermaltake Xaser case be enough

thanks!

I would reccomend goin with the air cooling option. The aquarius from what Ive heard sucks and usually performs as well as the best air cooling options. not only that but if you feel that eventually air cooling is holding your OC back then you can go for a more expensive solution. As of now though you should get a solid performer like the SLK800 or the 900 or even sk7.

The Aquarius waterkits aren't real good performers. The pomp is very weak, about 100L/ hour and the tubing is very small too.

I've people getting higher temps with this kit, than with plain aircooling.

The only advantage is the silence, you can't hear it at all. The installation is real easy too.
