how to rma

got home today with my new mobo msi k7n2g-l and slaped everything on started up, system turns on no post on screen, refuse to start up with either my old ram or new ram, refused to startup with new cpu or old cpu I'm assuming theres something wrong with this board, I need to get a replacement asap, please direct me to how to rma to msi, thanx alot!

where did you get the board?

You could probably just go to their website and they would have instructions there. Usually you just pack up the mobo and ship it to their RMA address and they will send you another one back after you fill out some form thingy (thats what newegg did at least for me).

So you can RMA it to the place you bought it or MSI (if its from newegg do that; it worked out very nicely for me).
