Some might suggest swapping the location of the pump and the resevoir. The pump *could* raise the ambient air temperature right in front of the radiator, reducing its cooling potential.

I was hoping the fan pulling air from the HC/case would take care of that.

Wouldn't you be pulling the hot air from the pump through the HC then?
