p4c800 and p42.2b need ram and cooling

I wanted to see if anyone has a rig like this, and if they could recommend some things to get over 2.8ghz. I get reboots over 166bus @ 1.6vc, and temps are getting over 55C load. Any help would be much appreciated. I need to get into the top 300 of ocsetiteam to catch up with a homie!
