Ok, I'll give you my setup first:
XP1700 DLT3C (I've ran it stable at 180x14 w/2 volts) WC'ed
NF7-S rev 2.0
1x512 Buffalo PC3700
9500->9700 mod
antec 550 true power PSU
1 60gb 2mb drive via IDE
1 80gb 8mb drive via SATA
Ok, this board has been giving me hell for the past week. Once I get the board to post it's fine in windows, but it's getting the damn thing to post. I wasn't able to get to 200 FSB until I turned my memory to AUTO (yeah that sucks), once i was able to do 200 FSB and auto i tried with the 6/6 divider...and it worked. So i went to 210 and back to auto and it worked, went to 210 with 6/6 and nothing, went back to 200...nothin, went bak to 200 and AUTO and again nothing. So i went all the way back to 166. Now I can only get to 190 with 6/6 and 200 with AUTO. I've kept the multiplier at 10 this whole time. I've tried 2.6-2.9 for RAM voltages, as well as 1.6-1.7 vdd. My rails are all good as well. I leave my timings at 9 4 4 3...
Is this a RAM issue and not MB? I'm just at a loss this just doesn't make sense. Anyone have any advice on some BIOS settings that work well for high FSB speeds?
