This is probably a pretty lame question, but I recently reinstalled windows and DirectX9.0b. I always had an icon in my control panel that would allow me to change and test DirectX settings. Now I don't have anything in the control panel. Do I need to download a control panel for DirectX?

i have never had one myself but you can get to it by doing this:

start > run > type "dxdiag" in the box and hit ok
