I am switching all of my cases' 80mm fans to 120mm fans, since they push more air and are quieter. I am trying to make a near silent rig, so i narrowed down my choices to:
Enermax 120mm fan

or
Aluminum Frame Chrome Case Fanhttp://www.svc.com/12aocalframc.html

i have a Kingwin case which has 3 windows, so i need the fans to look "cool"

Which fan is a better choice?

I suppose you should get some sort of speed controller and go with the pretty shiny thing! You'll be transfixed by your rotating reflection, you narcissine glamour boy!
Get a speed reducer of some kind, because that one's not gonna be silent at stock speeds.

Personally, I'd go with the Enermax.
The 7 volt mod on the Aluminum fans is a good idea but
having the speed adjustmemt as on the Enermax
gives more control.
I've used their 120mm on occasion and they are fairly
quiet for a 120mm. Better than most 120mm fans.

BTW ....
BestByte.net has the 120mm Enermax a little
cheaper. And their shipping charge is a flat rate $5. :)
