wake/sleep problem new bios

Hi all,
ever since i flashed to the 8/27 bios I cannot wake from a suspend to ram sleep. It starts to wake up, but then i get all these crazy beeps and I'm forced to power down. any thoughts? oh I also just got a new antec 430 PS too -fat

well after some testing and messing around it looks like it doesn't like the 200mhz fsb, which is completely stable other than this annoying sleep problem grrr -fat
