I have an old amd 1 GHz that I overclocked and this is what I came up with click to view WCPUID results It is set at default voltage which is around 1.9 and then i ste the cpu to 12.5 x 105 fsb The temp is 34c no load and 42c with a load. Which this cpu ran at 42c with old fan with no load new fan is a Volcano 9 old fan was a silver orb. Seams stable played quake 3 for like 2 hours with no problems.

WELCOME to the FORUMS !

not bad for an ole Athlon. reminds me of my 850MHz oc'd to 1150MHz ! !! man that was awhile back!

Hmm something to considers:

- Try to lower multi and push FSB to 133
- Check the PCI divider to get a resonable bus
- Star burning in at max cpu-volt, lowest clock speed for couples day

Should I be worried? My old AMD1GHz will not take any setting at 133 fsb? not even at the lowest settings? and had to back off to 1.32 to keep it stable. i am now at 104x12.5 and it will not boot on any thing higher than 105x12.5. is that normal?

Thanks
