GA-7VAXP Ultra, clearing the CMOS, help!?

can anyone tell me how to clear the cmos of this borad:

Remove the power cable from the PSU(or switch of if the PSU has a switch) and press the On button(computer case) to discharge the capacitors. Then either remove the battery for a minute or look on the mobo near the battery/BIOS chips and you should see solder dots where the Clear CMOS pins should be, just short them with a screwdriver or similar.
