if I use windowblinds will it change only my username or the whole computer? i only want to change the theme for my user.
also how can I change the sound that is played when I log on?

i have no idea, but windows blinds slows everything

As for the sounds, go to the Sounds and Audio control panel. In the Sounds tab, you can turn off or change sounds, including the login one.

It will work just like the themes that orginally came with windows, and if I am not mistaken you can have different ones for differnet users. If you are the root then it may change for everyone, but they should be able to change it back.
