Is my memory defective?

The memory in my sig has a great deal of trouble (its never sucessfuly happened) going higher that 180 FSB @ any voltage. at 2.9V 200fsb the system doesnt post. Should I RMA?
 
Im changing to dual channel...but something still doesnt seem right here?

I don't really know what to actually do besides telling you to loosen up your timings, etc (the usual crap), but it seems that it may be defective. For 200MHz RAM to run at 180MHz is usually a signof being defective, etc or other various problems. My tip: call the toll free Corsair tech support, they should guide you through what to do and whether or not it should be RMAed. Just my $0.02
