Hiya
My girlfriend get me as present last Saturday the following

Athlon XP Processor
High-end
Core Thoroughbred-B
CPU Model 8
Manufacturing Process 130 nm
Approximate Transistor Count 37.6 million
Approximate Die Size 84 sq. mm
Performance Rating 2200+
Working frequency 1800 MHz
Package Type OPGA
Operating Voltage 1.6 V (working between 1.524-1.540 always)
Max Die Temperature 85° C
L1 Cache Size 128 KB
L2 Cache Size 256 KB
Multiplier 13.5x
FSB Frequency 266 MHz
Stepping Code AIXJB
Manufacture Year 2004
Manufacture Week 01
Production Batch A
Batch Production Number 0324
The L1 is unlocked (no laser cut)
I have the Shuttle AK31A Rev 3.1 (KT266A) and the A-1889 Thermaltake Silent Boost (get it for the t-bird 1000 @ 1500 i had since 2001).
I OC the FSB and give me up to 1971 Mhz (146FSB*13.5).
Above 146 FSB WinXP keep crashing and probably i cannot raise the FSB more (i use the EF BIOS which is the best for OC on that mobo). L1 look intact but i saw that some of the L3 and L5 have been cut off with lazer. Can you tell me if and how i can unlock the multiplier? I try to find out some informations how to do it easily but many articles are for Thor-A or Palomino where the L1 was locked.
Thank you.
