file zilla is freeware (open source) and its both server and client. decent features but i prefer using some others that are shareware.

I really like using SmartFTP. Does really good for me and even has resume feature built in if your downloads stop. (I don't know if other clients have this or not.)

Yea, I just received FlashFXP from a friend of mine and it seems pretty decent. I have heard a lot of good things about smartFTP. I might try that out too. Thanks for your input.
