OCZ RAM choosing issues

Trying to overclock a 2.4A prescott. Got the following main components
MSI NEO-FIS2R
ATI 9700 PRO with 128mb
ENERMAX 460W power supply

I also got a bit of a deal on some RAM, only had to pay $115 CAD on 2*256 of this ocz RAm. SHould i keep it or exchange for a different one. Its label reads

PC 3200
256MB Dual CH
Premier Series
2.5-3-3-7

(im trying to reach 3.5ghz with this prescott 2.4A)

That ram will get you there just fine.
