Free registry cleaner and/or defrag?

Hi,
Im looking for a decent and free preferably registry cleaner and possibley defrag. Im using Diskeeper as an overall derag programme but i install/uninstall prgrammes quite alot and require a decent registry cleaner defrag.
any ideas?

These are the registry tools I use:

Registry cleaner: jv16 (this should be the last freeware version it was offered as), RegScrub XP
Registry compactor: NTRegOpt
Registry defragger: PageDefrag

ccleaner will also scan and clean your registry... along with removing temp net files.
