Can't Prime with a 4MHz RAM OC after a BIOS update?

So I was running fine at the specs in the sig, and then I updated to BIOS 1006, then 1007.004. Both couldn't OC as high as 1004, so I went back. Now I can't OC as high as before! Prime fails at 1 hour or so at CPU/13, but I ran for 9 hours at CPU/14 (I stopped it). Whats going on? CPU/13 is 4MHz over the rated speed, and I increased the latency, and I added volts!

Have you ran memtest?

also, make sure you totally overwrote the BIOS... using a newer afudos should work

Clear your bios using the jumper on the board and start from scratch

I can't: I can only achive a CPU/13 divider with A64 tweaker, which has no DOS counterpart AFAIK.
