intel ddr2 dual channel ?

could have been asked many times sorry about that but i searced through 7 pages with no avail =/

i have a 915 board as in my config and was wondering how much of a diff that dual channel will make

ive heard that amd doesnt make much difference but how r u intel guys goin about

if the information is the same from the old 478 and socket a years, then there is a more of a benefit for intel platform with dual channel than there is over an amd platform.

Yes indeed. At the least its a good 50% increase in bandwith. On Athlon64s is much closer to 100%

You definitely want to take full advantage of dual channel memory with an Intel system.
