Windows XP password break reset ?

Picked upa bunch of older computers on a job today, most garbage bound - but did get one gem

a dell latitude ls - 400mhz, PENTIUM 3- YES 3, A 400MHZ P3 DOES EXIST!

It has no drives, it does have XP, if i load the hard drive in another laptop and get into the recovery console, how do i remove the passwords ?

I found a CD Image once that could change passwords, I use it when customers bring computers that they lose their passwords to or whatnot

Actually, this link takes you to where you can use an emergency version of the software. This allows you to use it for 5-days, un-restricted, then you have to buy it. It's like a super trial version. This will probably be a good choice since you get it ASAP.
