Help with my Hard Drive swap!
Got a question, just bought a Maxtor 250 GB hard drive. I currently have a WD 120 GB as my master though I have used norton ghost , maxblast4 and western digitals software to transer my data from my old hard drive to my new hard drive including the OS (XP home SP2). Thing is, when I make the new 250 GB drive (yes I have the jumpers set right) as the master and boot up, I get past the post screen though it does not get past the "building dmi pool" screen. Is there a way to copy everything over from my current drive to my new drive and use the new dive as my master T
