P4P800SE Vdimm mod

how do i mod the vdimm people ? i want the the RAM gets voltage direct from 3.3v rail of the PSU. i remember i read the guide about this modding method but i forgot the link. any way i want to get rid of the 2.85v of the P4P800SE .. i need at least 3.0v
