Need memory replacement 2x 1g.

I curently have 1g 2x512 OCZ 3700EB dont get me wrong i love this memory does 250 and above without a hitch, but i want to go to 2x 1g. And now i duno what to take, i cant seem to find DDR TCCD chips in 1g variety :/

Please help.

What is your price range and are you looking to overclock?

I'd say around $300ish USD for 2x 1gig.

I want the memory to run 240-260mhz overclocked or out of the box clock settings.

As said above.

DDR500 Crucial Ballistix would be your best bet.

Need memory replacement 2x 1g.
