Proposed Setup

ddc,bip2,storm,maze4,3/8"tube.

would i gain alot of performance if i changed something or went 1/2" ID?

I'd go with 1/2ID - or even better, 7/16ID, without even thinking about it..

As for the rest It looks good. I might change to a D5 pump though. And a Bigger Radiator - if you have the room.

How much room do you have? What's your case? does the Radiator have to be inside case?

its a lian-li pc65 plus. i could easyily use 1/2 id barbs for the 7/16" tubing. I think i have additional room upfront for a pa160. I really like the ddc. i wonder how well it would work with the alphacool resevoir threaded inlet/outlet setup. ive heard the the modded ddc is a better pump for a storm then a d5. and since id be adding another radiator the extra head pressure would be of some benefit. your thoughts?
