Cant burn music with Itunes

It's telling me that I dont have a disk burner or software. What do I do? I'm a total noob at this.

i would uninstall and re-install it (don't worry, your library and files won't be affected at all).

Are you running 64bit XP? There is a known compatibility issue between ITunes and XP 64bit ( I have the same problem on my machine) in regards to burning CDs

also make sure the drivers for your cd are up to date...i have had it where it knew my cd burner once i updated the drivers.
