C1E Feature on P5WDH-DLX

Guys,

has anyone else noticed that if the C1E feature is enabled you cannot adjust the cpu voltage, i am wanting to increase the Vcore but would like th use the C1E feature to lower the voltage and multi when the cpu is not under heavy use. TomsHardware recon that the C1E feature can be used with a increased Vcore ?, can anyone help ?
