P5W DH cannot run 1:1 past DDR-800!?!

Ok some folks may have experienced this. The P5W DH gets funky when trying to run > 800MHz DDR with the 1:1 FSB:DRAM ratio. What the heck is going on here? Right now this is limiting my overclock. I tried a different kit of memory and still a no go.
