I'd go with the OCZ since I've had great experiences with them so-far. I've only tried out Corsair XMS chips once but I wasn't that impressed. I have a 512x2 Gigaram pc3200 kit that OC's stably to 237mhz (2.5-3-3-7, DC) at 2.8V, and the much-more expensive XMS I had ran about the same as those.
I currently have 2x512mb ddr466 xms rated at 3-4-4-8.
While the ram isn't BAD, it's not very impressive. I've had problems with timings at low speeds, I've had problems with stock timings at rated speeds, I've had problems with voltages and timings that SHOULD work but don't at stock and just-over-stock speeds. My next performance kit will not be Corsair.
