ECS P4M800PRO-M + E6400 + Corsair PC3200 ?

I asked this in the intel mobo forum. but there seems to be no reply.

I was wondering if this combination will work, my ram is rated to run at 200mhz, I know that this board supports it, however I've been told there are no memory dividers or agp/pci lock.

How would i go about overclocking ? If possible?

It doesn't look like anything you'd pick up with overclocking in mind. I believe it only runs memory in single channel as well, regardless of configuration. I'd look for another alternative.
