please some one help me(DQ6)

brought a new GIGABYTE GA-965P-DQ6 only to find when i switch the power on all the fans are working (graphics,cpu)but nothing happens,tft stays on standbye and thats it,also my cdrom and floppy drives have no power untill the ide cables are disconnected.Then when i put all the hardware back on my old board everthing works.any help is welcome cheers

GIGABYTE GA-965P-DQ6
2xgb adata memory pc5300
msi 7900gt/0 512mb
120gb segate sata
600w power supply
