vista upgrade coupon

anyone done this already?

is this only available for people who purchase a new computer as on neweggs website when i ordered xp MCE it stated that i didnt need to but on the coupon it states i must submit the recipt to them with the paper form of the upgrade. please help thanks...

what do i actually need to send to them other then the form?

$20 shipping and handling plus an upgrade fee if applicable.

i got as far as ordering it online for $12.21 shipped to my door but it states to follow the directions for redeming that coupon and send to a address here in utah.

it states mail this completed upgrade redemtion form, including the online order conformation number in the space provided and a copy of your receipt from your authorized system builder in the same envlope to:

I built my own computer does this mean i dont qualify for the upgrade? or what do i do to get it?

Just include the Newegg receipt where it shows you bought MCE OEM.
