Im running 2 x 512mb of Corsair xms2 DDR2 800 (pc2 6400) C4 ram with stock timings of 4-4-4-12. Ive got an AMD x2 3600+ with a very stable overclock to 2.8ghz. Here are my key CPU-Z screens . My question is, I am going to want to add 2 x 1gb ram to my current 2 x 512mb ram, to wind up with a total of 3 gb.

It looks to me like Im able to run this ram at its true rating, iow, as DDR2-800 ram with 4-4-4-12 timings.. Ive had to make no concessions to the ram timings or emulation to get full performance despite the cpu's overclock.

So, should I buy the same ram again, except in the 1gb vs the 512mb config? I can save money by buying the same ram but with the 5-5-5-15 timings... Or I can buy the Corsair xmx2 DDR2 675 (pc2 5300) C4 ram, which has the same 4-4-4-12 timings Ive got now, but sacrifices the speed a little.

Thanks for the help.
