hey guys, im OCing my p4 on a ABIT AI7 mobo...and i was wondering...my PWM temp in speed fan is ~78-79 after a nights worth of F@H, at 3.4 GHZ. how far can i push these things before they give out?? and how do i go about properly cooling them?

add small sinks on top of the fets that the only way after having a fan blow over them. other then that you want to keep the pwm temp as low as possible. the highest i liked to see on my AI7 was 72c if your running a presshot then its going to stress the pwm's a bit more then a northwood. i would think your ok around 76c but thats just my taste.

thanks for the reply. im running a northwood. ill see if i have any heat sinks that are sitting around to chop up
