Back in Iowa :( Come on Gators, Get up and Go!
Right now I have an unlidded Q6600 B3 stepping under water using the following items:

Apogee GT
MCP655
3x120mm single pass radiator (DangerDen)
dual 3 1/2" rez (have a micro rez but haven't installed it yet)

I have applied 1.4875 volts via the BIOS but every program I have (everest, speedfan, ASUS AI, CPUID) reads the voltage at 1.35 to the chip. I don't know if ASUS is wrong or these programs are wrong...don't have a multimeter on me.

I am currently at 3.33Ghz as you can see from CPUID and Everest in the picture below. I think my temps are a little high for this setup and cannot for the life of me figure out why.

Most obvious possibility is bad contact between block and CPU. Remove block and check there is an even, very thin spread of paste.

What fans are on the rad? How much airflow?

If your water temp is below 88°F then I'd say you have a mounting problem.

Just out of curiosity what TIM are you using? I doubt that's the problem, I'm just curious ... ;)
