on gigabytes website it says that with bios F6g it has NON offical support.

just found on gigabytes website that when my mobo was released it was only 800mhz ram support. does that mean if i stick 1066 ram in it will only run at 800? i have overclocked my ram to 890 before but thats OC not 'support'

Support is for stock settings cpu and memory. If you would running cpu at stock speed with highest memory multiplier, that memory would be around 800. If you OC it does not apply.

More-less, you would be overclocking cpu. Memory frequency run by the board depends on fsb and memory multiplier
