Foxconn P45A-S and Q6600

Hey everyone, I am wondering how in the world would I overclock this processor on this board, I know couple other users here got it to I believe 3.6GHz on THIS SAME EXACT BOARD, but I am so new to overclocking that I have no clue how to do it on this board..it has AMIBIOS if anyone could help me out, would be great! like increasing FSB voltage, NB and so on.. please help..

Oh wow lot's of information there I've read about 75% of it already..thanks I will try some of his advices, although I know my motherboard bios is very different in interface then his..

always if someone has the same exact board, let me know
