im getting said mobo soon with 2g ddr2 ram. my question it, what is the best cpu to get for the least amount of money. im thinking about going with an e2180 or e2200. what other options are out there for little money, and easy ocing.

You can get the E5200 for the same price as a E2200. It would help a lot to know how much you're willing to spend though.

With that in mind, the only processor I see that can be had for that price is Intel Celeron E1400 Allendale 2.0GHz for 49.99.

The E1500, E2200, and E5200 range from 64.99-69.99 before tax(looks like shipping is free for those).
