Asus P4P8T need some help please

Hi guys and thanks for any help in advance. Ok I know its an old MoBo it was given to me in a little blue asus shuttle case and all lol anyhow I cant get it to turn on. It lights up but when you hit the power buttone nothing. the only way it turns on is if I remove the jumper that clears the cmos and it powers on then shuts back off kinda strange. Anyhow I figured someone in here must know something.
