MotherBoard : Intel DG41RQ
BIOS Version : RQG4410H . 86A . 9915 . 2010 . 0614 . 1352

please some one tell me how to do it ... and can i change the bios to phoenix ?

I'm plus one with decoste. I'm not sure if you plan to do some extreme overclocking but you should get a P45 board as they are good overclockers, that's if you do plan to purchase a new board like you said.

I did a quick search of your board and I found that the board does not support overclocking. Perhaps try a overclocking software? Or you can just buy a new motherboard, preferably a P45 like I said in my above post.

emm maybe i will try overclocking software first ... but wich one you recommend me?

I'll guess that Intel really locked down that mobo to keep people from "tampering" with the settings.

If you want to overclock, it's time to buy a new overclock-able motherboard.
