does this look right to you?

4 corsair memory ram sticks all the same

16GB (4x4) They're all running 9 9 9 24/2 1333

The table on the right is the JEDEC/XMP table. Has nothing to do with your actual settings which are on the left.

The XMP-1334 timing table on the SPD tab reflects the current DRAM frequency as shown on the Memory tab, including the rated and actual timings at that frequency (9-9-9-24-2T at 1.60V). At a default 200MHz HT Ref clock, and utilizing the 3:10 FSB : DRAM ratio, the effective DRAM frequency equals DDR3-1333 (666.7MHz x 2). So yes, the current DRAM frequency and timings match what the modules are rated at.
